3. Product Information and Orders

3.1. Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and current product details. However, we do not guarantee that descriptions or content are error-free. If you receive a product that significantly differs from its description, you may return it unused as per our Returns Policy.

3.2. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3.3. Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Reporting Time : Returns must be reported within 1 week of receiving the delivery.

4.2. How to Report : Return can be registered either by filling the return form or by writing us email with all the details and attached images if any available

4.3. Condition: All products must be returned unworn and unused, with all related accessories (designer tags, shoe laces, dust bag(s), replacement tap-heels, and brand merchandise, if any), included within the original box and packaging. Please be sure to try on any shoes you’ve bought on a clean, carpeted surface to avoid scratching the sole of the shoe, which could result in damaging the item(s) and refusal of the return.

4.4. Return Shipping : There are no fees associated with the return if they are to be collected from the same shipping address. Different shipping address will be charged accordingly. Any customs duties applied for international returns will be charged from the customer.

4.5. Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs or applicable fees.

4.8.Refund Timeline : Refunds can take between 5-10 business days, after the receival of the returned product.

5. Exchanges
5.1. Reporting Time : Exchanges must be requested within 1 week of delivery, via email or return form.

5.2. Exchange Process: Once we receive the item to be exchanged in its original condition, we will pack and dispatch the new item without any extra delivery charge applied.

5.3. Delivery Charges : There are no fees associated with the exchanges if they are to be collected from the same shipping address. Different shipping address will be charged accordingly. Any customs duties applied for international returns will be charged from the customer.

6.SHIPPING & RETURNS
