How to Report : You can report a return via email or by filling out our return form.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Return Shipping : The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. You will need to arrange and pay for the courier service yourself.
Refund Timeline : Refunds will be processed within 5 to 15 working days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges Reporting Time : Exchanges must also be reported within 2 hours of delivery, via email or the return form.
