1. Overview

At Lorianne, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a streamlined process for returns, refunds, and exchanges, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1. Reporting Timeline

You must report a return request within 1 week (7 calendar days) of receiving your delivery.

2.2. How to Initiate a Return

You may initiate a return in one of the following ways:

Email us at [info@lorianne-lr.com] with the following details:

1. Full Name
2. Order Number
3. Items(s) to be returned
4. Reason for return
5. Supporting images (if applicable, e.g. defect)

2.3. Condition of Items

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
All accessories (e.g. designer tags, extra laces, dust bags, replacement tap-heels, branded items) must be included.
Items must be returned in original packaging, including shoe boxes and protective material.
Shoes must be tried on only on clean, carpeted surfaces to avoid any sole damage.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected

 

3. Return Shipping

3.1. Within the Same Shipping Address

Returns collected from the same address as the original delivery will incur no return shipping fee.

3.2. Different Address / International Returns

If you wish to return from a different address or from outside the UAE, additional delivery or customs charges may apply, and will be deducted from your refund.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees associated with the return.

4. Refunds

4.1. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees or any applied handling/customs charges.

4.2. Refund Timeline

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges.

5.1. Reporting Timeline

Exchanges must be requested within 1 week of delivery, through the return form or by contacting info@lorianne-lr.com

5.2. Exchange Conditions

The item must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories (same as return eligibility above).

5.3. Exchange Shipping

Once the returned item is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item at no extra cost if delivered to the same shipping address.

If the exchange requires delivery to a different address or internationally, additional charges and customs fees may apply.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [info@lorianne-lr.com], within 7 days of receipt.

Please include:
Order number
Clear images of the issue
Description of the problem
After verification, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund

All associated shipping costs for returns due to our error will be covered by us.
